I'm trying to use tkinter with the python 3 compiler located in ARC since the framework is supposed to be built in within python but the library isn't being recognized. How would I be able to use tkinter?

I don't think that's going to be useful if you can figure it out - it might even be impossible. You're asking to run a QT framework in a WinForms framework. https://docs.python.org/3/library/tkinter.html
