@rbot993, our emails end up in junk folders often lately. I'm not sure why, it's really frustrating Our PCB manufacturer is on holidays and we will be shipping this week. Once you receive a "shipping" confirmation, it takes anywhere from 2-3 days to arrive :)

I've also ordered a kit back on 9/28 order number 9-1872 and is has yet to change status from processing. I need this kit ASAP for a capstone project I'm working on. I've ordered some additional parts and they are on their way to me but really need the kit to come in super fast. I am freaking out because I have no clue what I'm doing and was really excited about learning the ARC. I need a miracle! stress

my order number is 10-1895 and it still hasnt changed. i know its still wednesday.

My order was 1886 I believe and I just got a call from DHL they will be here today or tomorrow so it should be soon!

I was order 1806, I ordered on 9/13, I'm about an hour from Seattle WA. Still waiting and I've been trying to be as patient as possible. I'm not trying to bother Alan by blowin up his inbox either. But, I admit, I'm starting to get frustrated. I'm gonna go check my junk mail and cross my fingers.

@rbot993 orders are shipping this week and soon your shipment will update with tracking info either tommorow or monday. I understand your frustration as I have two larger orders on the way too. But also take in mind asking agian wont make it any quicker lol know what I mean?
