Is this in ARC or the SDK? I ask as the tags you chose imply it's the SDK but experience tells me it's more likely to be ARC.
What language is your voice recognition set to in Windows? Is voice recognition set up correctly win Windows? This is all accessible via Control Panel and must be set up and working (and trained).
