Hardwae Question

hi , this is shiva chary, i have bought a jd and when i am trying to connect it with ARC it is showing a continious red light and no controls where working ,i am facing this problem after loading the servo profile ,kindly provide me the solution for this problem , i ahve attached the pic of my jd
