If you have many wireless gadgets : cordless phone, Wifi modem, 3 laptops, 2 cells connected to your modem and 2 tablets connected as well, wifi printer, video streaming and the EZ-B v4 in the middle, it will not work.

I have no issues connecting EZ-Bs to the network.
Do you have access to the router that handles your network? If possible assign your EZB to it's own static IP number in the router. If this router cant assign static IP's you may need a newer router. Please read this thread for more info:
How I resloved my Connection issues
This can absolutely cause an issue. Other devices may not gain internet access and the EZ-B's that start after the first one may not get the IP address you are expecting.
(I have confirmed this with Wireshark captures. Whenever a device on the 802.11n network requests an IP address, all of the EZ-B's respond with offers. This is very bad for a network, and could explain all the strange symptoms people have reported with network problems, particularly when there are multiple EZ-B's except for the known HP/Compaq issue in AP mode, and the Avast issue in all modes).
