Hello, I am having trouble running the newest version of EZ-B software version 2013.01.16.00. I can run version 2012.09.22.00 without any problems,but when I try running version 2013.01.16.00 I get this error " The application has failed to start because it's side-by-side configuration is incorrect.Please see the application event log or use the command line sxstrace.exe tool for more detail" Can anyone help. I am using a desktop windows 7 64bit computer. Thanks, Steve
