Hi all ive killed my lower board (myfault) and i know the stupid thing i did, anyway i sent a message to see if i can get a replacment lower board for my v4 but heard nothing from ez robot guys/girls and im gagging to carry on with my project. Also if i change the main arm 32f205 chip will this sort my issue out? thanks all dave
How long ago did you reach out to customer support via contact us?
Only recently but did not know if its worth trying to repair , seeing about a new bottom board or bite the bullet and have to get a whole new unit. whats there norm reply times? Im just gagging to crack on with using ez b lol thanks dave
A reply from Contact Us is within 24 hours during work week. No one (except me) works on weekends... and i don't do customer support

I know what you mean.... You don't do "that" kind of customer support.
I was just thinking that from what I read on here u are our main costumer support lol. But all good funny enough I've had the email and hoping the ball is rolling to get the replacement sorted.
