when i try to close ARC i get this message could this be why i can't get ez b to connect

I had also had this problem for a while. Since I upgraded to the latest version it didn't come back. However, I was always able to connect to my EZB so I don't think this has anything to do with it.

Have you tried updating your .NET Framework?
Windows sometimes gets confused - a computer reboot is always a good start
... Second, make sure you're running the most current ARC version.
