The same place where you installed the plugin...
I have download this source code. but I think is not not the last version. There is "Baud Rate" text editor in the plugin configuration window but not in the configuration form in the source code project. when i compile the project and replace the plugin dynamixel.dll by the compiled dll the plugin does not work.
