Hello,
My name is Stefan, I'm an IT Security researcher and I recently acquired the Humanoid EZ-Robot. I have read the Terms of Use that are affecting the product and from my understanding I acknowledged that research and educational actions are allowed. I have identified a number of security vulnerabilities that are affecting the product by using techniques that are not involving reverse engineering or disassembling/decompiling the product.
I'm writing to you to ask for your permission to make a blog post about it. Also, if you can provide a safe communication channel that suits you ? I can detail the identified vulnerabilities and can provide help and support in order for fix them.
I mention that the blog post has non-commercial purpose, it's for research and education only and the vulnerabilities identified have not being disclosed to anybody and are confidential.
I did not find a proper email contact for this matter and so I chose this form of address. If there is another way to responsibly disclose this, please provide me with further details.
Thank you !
Us the Contact Us link to communicate directly with EZ-Robot staff.
Alan
Hey Alan,
I already used the "Contact Us" webpage, yet nobody responded. I sent the email at the start of the week.
Thank you for your reply, Stefan
