Just for your reference, I was trying to add ez_b.dll to MS VB Express. It poped up a window shows "Could not load file or assembly 'Microsoft.DirectX' or one of its dependencies". You need to install Managed Direct X, which you can find here.

The problem may only apprear to XP user.
This and a couple more important pieces of info are mentioned in the READ ME file.
