Can'T Install ARC Mobile ?

Hi, Everybody.

I must have missed something... I can't install ex builder mobile, I turned on the setting that lets me use apps from unknown sources, then I pointed my phone to ARC and down loaded the package. After the down load I tap on the file but it states that there is a problem parsing the package. I must be skipping a step (I'm not Familiar with the android operating systems yet.) Does anybody know what I missed?

Try re-downloading it. I've had that happen a few times with multiple apps. Also, try using something else besides the browser. I have an app called ES file explorer and it has a downloader that you will be able to choose once you start to download the file. I always use that because I often have issues with things that the android browser downloads.

Or you could download it on your pc and move it to your phone from there.

Try deleting and downloading again. Sometimes am apk can get corrupted downloadimg.

What Android version are you running? The other cause of this error is too low a version. I believe DJ said tbe minimum was 4.0

reboot after deleting.apple has this also.
