Cannot Start ARC- Gives Error

I could not copy and paste, has anyone had this error? Thanks Steve S. Unhandled exception has occurred in your application .... Could not load file or assembly "EZ-B. Verion=2013.1.5.0. Culture=neutral. PublicKey Token=83914fd54f35ea 1" or or one of its dependencies. The located assembly's manifest definition coes not match the assembly reference. (Exception from the HRESULT: 0x80131040)

I downloaded ARC anew and it started normally without the Microsoft Framework error. Maybe the EZ Robot site being down earlier had something to do with the error.
