Hello thanks for answering and the advice. Sorry if I don't detail too much, I'm new to all of this. I have a raspberry pi 3 B + and I installed EZBpi server version 5. Also i have My win 10 pc with ARC version 2020.07.29 Both are on the same wifi network. ARC detects my raspbarry when I give it scan, but when I give it connect it returns that error. If you need detailed information, Tell me please how to provide it

Hi,  on your win 10 pc, first, make sure you have your anti-virus off to connect to Arc.

I always need to do this.

Also check firewalls

When a connection issue occurs, the popup window that you copy and pasted in the screen shot has a button to view the connection tutorial. That and the blue question marks for help will be great resources :)
