Can The Code In Arduino Be Used In Ezb

i have a code for arduino, very long code for my spectrometer design that has 7 leds types hook up to each digital input and one analog for the detector to tell the difference in liquids, like to tell milk from beer and has a update control to test different samples and check a match to it,so code gets longer as more items you need to sample is there any way to do the code in EZB or 2-way communication to it

ARC Pro

Upgrade to ARC Pro

ARC Pro will give you immediate updates and new features needed to unleash your robot's potential!

Since you don't program the EZ-B's microcontroller (which is a PIC, and not AVR), you can't use the same code. You could however port the code to a ARC script.

Arduino is a programmable microcontroller and therefore not compatible with any EZ-Robot. If Arduino were to support ARC, that would be a violation of our Terms Of Use and that would get ugly - so let's keep a clear seperation between the two :)

It's too bad really, being a programmable microcontroller gives the Arduino a big plus - and to have it adaptable to the ez-B would have been a perfect couple.:P sleep

yea ARDUINO doesnt need to use the software so no violation of use, only send commands from and to it and at the same where the bluetooth is arduiono can be a master to control the EZB and arduino users need to buy your software, thats a big plus that ARDUINO HAS

There is no plan for EZ-Robot to support any Arduino Microcontrollers.
