Can I Use The Function Of Roboy?

HI! I have finished my Spy robot.. I will post here the new photos of my robot... But now.. I want to make a ROBOY... I have seen the function of roboy in ARC, but I have not seen any tutorial, video or example about that...

I want to know if ROBOY is working beacuse in tutorials say "Coming soon"
