Can I Upload Videos Without Having To Post It On Youtube?

I think the issue is that EZ-Robot doesn't want to have to pay for the storage or bandwidth of hosting videos when Youtube does it for free and Youtube also handles transcoding for different resolutions of players from mobile to 4K.
