Does anybody know about the camera calibration parameters for the EZ robot camera. I am aiming at either the focal length in pixels or the diagonal, vertical or horizontal field of view FOV ? We know the number of diagonal and horizontal pixels.
I need this for 3D reconstruction methods where the calibration params are part of the math model.
These parameters can be measured empirically, but I would like the official data.
I'll check with Jeremie for the details of the lens and sensor for you
Hi DJ,
Thanks a lot

Hello @jop
Here are the Lens specifications:
F# (F-stop Number): 2.5 f (Effective Focal Length) = 3.27mm FOV (Field of View) = 63°
You'll definitely have to share your project with us once it's complete
Hi Jeremie,
Thanks a lot for sharing these valuable params with me.
I will try to close this thread somehow.
I hope I will reach the point of delivery one day of my project. The current status is that I am trying to generate a point cloud based on SIFT features for the robot to navigate indoors. Not my idea, but something a saw in a paper. If I can reproduce the paper, I will throw in my own AI engine on top.
Sincerely
Jan
