Most Bluetooth connection problems are due to using a third party Bluetooth stack. Uninstall your Bluetooth stack and install the Microsoft Bluetooth stack. EZB only supports the Microsoft Bluetooth Stack. All bets are off till you confirm you have this MS stack in place. You can do a forum search here to find more info on this and how to do it. There has been lots if discussion on this subject.

Good luck and have fun, Dave Schulpius

Oops, first thing to do is upgrade to Win 7 or 8. Vista is no longer supported.

First, as Robot-Doc mentioned, Vista is unsupported so an upgrade to Windows 7 or Windows 8 should be made (that's just good practice with Vista anyway).

One thing to check is that you are searching for the device during the pairing process pretty quickly. The EZ-B isn't always discoverable so you need to search for it near enough as soon as it's powered up.

Hey there.

All the suggestions on here so far are fantastic! Once you have windows 7 or 8, are using the Native Microsoft Bluetooth Stack, I am sure you will be up and running in no time:)
