The contents of the Developers kit are comparable to the former 'complete kit'

The Complete Kit was replaced with the Developer Kit when the EZ-B was updated to the new V4.

You'll find these are still in pre-order status and delivery may be some time due to having to fulfil the current backlog of pre-orders.
