hello, is the ARC Mobile an Open Source? like can I take it's code and modify it to include video? because I can put images in it but I don't think I can add videos, right?
You cannot modify it. In order to maintain the app relationship with respective app stores, the app is not open source. Instead, you may use the UWP or Mono SDK and build your own app. Have fun!
