Ez-B V4 Disconnecting If I Load A Project

Hi all,

Sorry for the noob questions but i have recieved my ez-b developer kit and have printed all the ez-bit to create JD. My problem is that if i connect to the ez-b with an empty project it connects and never disconnects, But if i try and load JD project it seems to mess up the controller even without any servos attached. I did have a look at the various threads but don't seem to find an answer. I have upgraded from the use of a power supply to a LIPO 2200mAh, removed any firewall and antivirus but still nothing. This is the log: Attempting connection on 192.168.1.54:23 Connected to 192.168.1.54:23 Reports EZB v4 OS With Comm 1 EZ-B v4 ID: 67-50-0-0-46-255-57-59-54-38-38-38 Setting battery monitor voltage: 7 Setting battery protection: True Setting i2c rate: 300000 EZ-B voltage is 8.184497646 EZ-B temperature is 24.44489368264605312C Connected Comm Err: System.IO.IOException: Unable to read data from the transport connection: A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond. ---> System.Net.Sockets.SocketException: A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond at System.Net.Sockets.Socket.Receive(Byte[] buffer, Int32 offset, Int32 size, SocketFlags socketFlags) at System.Net.Sockets.NetworkStream.Read(Byte[] buffer, Int32 offset, Int32 size) --- End of inner exception stack trace --- at System.Net.Sockets.NetworkStream.Read(Byte[] buffer, Int32 offset, Int32 size) at EZ_B.EZB.M3jweGrVXK(Int32 , Byte[] cmdData) BbytesToExpect: 2

if i reset the controller it reconnects to my network fine, BTW the camera stream does work. My system is an AMD 4.2ghz 64 gb ram Windows 10 ent. 64 bit Can someone please help i am really giving up after 3 days of sleepless nights stress stress stress

Do you have the RGB LED (JD's eyes) attached? If not then your ezb will disconnect with the JD sample project...

This thread should be deleted... Alan has already answered you in another thread...

Hi Richard, Thanx for the answer, no i do not have the rgb eyes but i have also tried the project that states JD without RGB led eyes but does the same

If it has the RGB LED animator in the sample project delete the control and try again...

Actually, that was a different user name/ different country. Exactly the same error, which has the same cause.. So he didn't search even open questions from today before posting, but I didn't answer him already ;)

Edited...... Oh, I did answer this one twice. 3 questions, 2 users, 1 answer, although looks like was wrong and it was a bad servo pulling too many amps.
