How Do I Sync Robot Skill List
Just downloaded new ARC Free again but there is no Roomba skill available now and many skills are missing? Trying to download skill does nothing?

Instructions
Ensure you have an internet connection when loading ARC for it to obtain the list of robot skills. If you do not have an internet connection, your computer cannot speak to the internet to receive data.

That document has a section describing how to force the robot skill list update. Downloading and other online communication requires the Internet.
