very cool to control you robot from just thinking about it there are a few types one is MINDSET other is EPOC headset both are EEG using brainwaves to control your robot i am ordering the EPOC first because i have software for my ROVIO robot and others then nexr month getting the MINDSET to use with the mindset toolkit to control other robots
now need to sleep very late here in china ,back late friday to work on EZB 
Having researched both headsets with the same idea as you ,but as yet not purchased any I would be very interested in how you progress. Please keep us posted Get back safe from China and get building.
