Unable To Establish Bluetooth Connection

Just got my EZ-B - I have tried different computers and and the controller cannot be discovered. I know the laptop is fine as it discovers other bluetooth devices - anyone can help?

Start Here:

When the controller is powered on there should be two LEDs blinking, one is the ez-b bluetooth and the bright one on the ez-b pcb. Also I do believe the ez-b has a class 2 bluetooth module so be sure your dongle or internal bluetooth is capable of this communication.
