Sync To Ez-Bit Library

I have been able to connect the bot to the wifi. I also have an internet cable plugged into my laptop. When I try to sync to EZ Cloud I get this: Unable to COnnect to EZ-Cloud. Please connect to the internet. The server committed a protocol violation. Section=ResponseStatusLine

Can someone direct me towards my next steps?

I suspect that your router that you are plugged into has the same IP address as the EZ-B in AP mode.

The best solution is to log onto the EZ-B and change it to client mode so that it connects to your router over WiFi, and then you can connect to both the internet and EZ-B at teh same time either through the wireless or wired network.

Otherwise, you will need to log onto your router and change the router's LAN IP address and possibly DHCP settings so that it gives out addresses in a different subnet than the EZ-B since you can't change the EZ-B's IP address in AP mode.

It is easy to confirm this is what is happening. Open a Command Prompt and type "ipconfig" and hit enter. Copy the text that appears and paste it into a reply here. I'll confirm if you have a network conflict.

If you post the make and model of your router, I will see if it has an online manual and give you instructions for changing its address, or you can view the WiFi Modes tutorial https://synthiam.com/Tutorials/Lesson/15?courseId=5 to learn how to connect your EZ-B to your network and avoid the problem.
