Sparkfun H-Bridge Not Working, Can Anyone Help?

Hi everyone,

I've combed through the previous threads and even posted a few times asking for help but to no avail.

I have that little red sparkfun h-bridge for my omnibot, I've wired it according to the video posted by DJ Sures, I've hooked up the battery and I've got nothing.

Can anyone help me?
