Hello again I'm connecting Pneumatics to robot (need a chainsaw arm for robot comp just kidding or am I) , I'm using 12v solenoid valves with a 12v supply. The digital ports on ezb switch 5v a relay dosn't seem the best way or right. Smell smoke already.Geez the world of Pneumatics is vast, went hydraulic first big mistake. Not to good on electronics. Thanks
You are right you probably don't want to connect a relay directly to the EZ-B, but see this tutorial on using TIP 120 switching transistors to pass the EZ-B signal to bigger switches.
