I placed an order a month ago to build a robot with my son for his birthday. I paid for overnight delivery. I have sent several emails requesting an update but have not heard anything back. My credit card has been charged. My son's birthday has come and gone, yet my order is still processing. I am trying to find out when my order may ship. keithj.moore@gmail.com
