please let me know what tablets are you using.

I want to buy a few tablets for primary school students (10-15 years old).

Do you use 7" or 10" tablets? Or cell phone? What parameters (RAM, CPU, ...) do you use? How fast is it on your device?

And do any of you have bad experiences? Like slow reactions or unable to run the SW for programming?
