For a new project I'd like to add an LED Matrix Panel to my robot. I've see a few things in the manual about attaching individual LEDs (https://synthiam.com/tutorials/Hardware.aspx?id=7). However, what I am really looking for is something more like this - https://learn.adafruit.com/32x16-32x32-rgb-led-matrix. This one is compatible with the Arduino and I see from poking around that many of the Arduino components are suppose to be compatible with EZ-Robot. Does anyone know if this would work or know of something similar that would?
The basic idea is have an LED display that I can draw too. Perhaps make the robot smile, frown, etc.
I'm a software guy by trade so hardware hacking is a new world for me right now. Any tips, guides, information about necessary parts need to pull this off, etc would be much appreciated. Thanks!
