L289n Motor Driver

Have any of you hooked up this motor driver? I'm still fuzzy on how to hook up the PWM to it. DJ's video tute shows 4 wires going to the enable pins. However, in his previous answer to this question he said that one connection (like to ENA) would control both pins. I'm confused! Can someone help me with the answers? Thanks in advance, Lloyd
