when i go to ez-robot program. the click on the com port and press connect it says it cant connect. i upgraded the firm ware. what do i do. confused stress tired

Try removing the EZ-B from the list of connected devices under your bluetooth management, power off your EZ-B. Replug power in and re-pair the EZ-B look at the com ports added and use the lower com as I am sure you know then try reconnecting.
