Hello, I'am Stefan from Germany and have a problem with my brand new JD humanoid robot. After testing the functionality of the robot, I remark a lack of some red LED's in his eyes (red eye-disease?). With the RGB-Animator, I can activate alle green or blue LED's, but not all red ones. What is going wrong? Thanks for your help in advance.
Try pulling the cable off and resetting it. Make it's attached firmly at all connector points. If that does not help contact EZ Robot "Contact us" for advice or replacement.

Hello Dave, thanks for your quick answer, but it doesn't work. Additionally I tried out another i2c-Port for the connector, but it failed too.I will contact EZ Robot "Contact us" for advice or replacement, now.
I am having the same problem. waiting for the replacement. The replacement arrived and all is great! Thanks...
I received replacements as soon as they were available. Replacements all work fine.
