I've ordered my EZB about 3 1/2 weeks ago from their main site. I've tried to contact ezb via their contact form and via email several times with no avail. I've not been able to find a contact phone number. After spending ~$100 I'd really like to start working on my time sensitive project soon. I normally don't write in forums about this kind of thing but I really can't get in touch with them. Hopefully an admin will read this that can help. I hope you can understand my concern.

after they accidentally sent mine via boat in stead of plane it took 6,5 WEEKS to arrive...
Were you able to get a hold of them at all? If so, how? I'm right around the point of doing a charge-back but I'd rather just get the product and move on.
Try to contact them on their Facebook page. That's what I did and I got a response within 24 hours.
