Microsoft has been cracking down on potential AI threats due to their "responsible AI standards" (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/legal/cognitive-services/face/transparency-note). While Synthiam has been accepted following multiple interviews in May 2023, we have been experiencing errors since Sept 10, 2023. The Face services are producing an error response from Microsoft servers. We have reached out to Microsoft in hopes of a resolution. However, the Face Services cognitive features have been turned off until a resolution is achieved.
