ARC Pro Seats Need Reset

Hello -

I have an ARC Pro subscription (2 seats). After performing a fresh Windows installation on my PC, ARC now reports that both seats/slots are already in use. I cannot access the subscription management page to revoke the old seat, and I’m unable to activate ARC on this machine.

This is ARC running on my PC (not an EZB activation). Please help reset or release my activations so I can re-activate ARC. Let me know what account/license information you need (account email, license ID, ARC version, machine ID, etc.). Thank you.
