Move scripts up/down in ARC script manager like we could in ARC

This feature request has been completed. Install the latest ARC Pro to experience the newest features and bug fixes.

In EZ-Builder, we were able to move scripts up and down (I put them in alpha order) but that feature is gone in ARC. Can we get it back?
