Hi, Pretty New To This And Sea

Hi, pretty new to this and searched but couldn't find a answer. I have about 10 servos that run on 5v and I want my ez-b v4 to run them, is the pwm from the v4 ok as long as you power from a 5v source? Thanks!

Yes.  I have even run some 5v servos with a 7.5v Lipo and they were OK, although I am sure they would burn out soon if I kept doing it.

If you don't run a separate 5v supply to the servos and just power the EZ-B with 5v, you will need to disable the low power alarm in the EZ-B web page, but everything should work as long as you are supplying enough amps.

Thanks for the reply thetechguru. Will the ez-b v4 run ok on 5v? I take it they just having a 5v source and having the pwm being 7v

You can find the datasheet for the EZ-B v4 on the EZ-Robot website. Here's a direct link for ya: https://synthiam.com/Community/Tutorials/18

It does specify the voltage range, which i don't know off hand but it will be fine with 5v. You'll have to disable the battery monitor both in ARC and in the Web Configuration. That info is in the ez-robot's learn section for their product
