Copy Sound Clips From ARC Soundboard

Ive got many sound files loaded into different ARC soundboard controls. I loaded them from sound clip files on the computer where ARC is installed. Somehow Ive lost some of those original sound files from my computer. Is there a way without using  3rd party software of copy these sound files directly from the soundboard back onto my computer?

It seems like an easy thing to do but I cant quite seem to figure how to trigger a script at set intervals. For example if I want to run a re-calibration script every 30 minutes to home an encoder. Ive got a light control board that will send different light patterns to 10 number 47 incandescent light bulbs. To activate the patterns I need to ground 1 of the header pins on the board. Distance From Ez-B Board To Servos?

How far can my servos be from the EZ-B board? Ill have a couple within 1 foot and a couple that will be about 4 feet. Any problems with this? Will I need to boost the signal or make a long jumper with bigger wire for the ones that are farther away? I plan to have the servos powered from a different power supply then the board.
