Unhandled Exception Error Using Scan Tool

@DJ... I am getting an unhandled exception error when I use the scan tool.... I click scan and immediately I get the error.... ARC then stops responding... I get this on 2 of my PCs with the latest version of ARC (Nov 30).... I have re-installed and re-booted, no joy.... However on my ACER W3 tablet I have an older version of ARC (Aug 25/15) which has no issues with using the scan tool....

Here's a copy of the error... I can't use the scan tool on either of my main PCs with the latest release of ARC. However I have an ACER W3 with an earlier version of ARC (Aug 25) and the scan tool works fine...
