I have the same problem.

I do recommend checking the manual - you'll get a quicker answer that way. Every time ARC loads it instructs how to use the question marks to receive help. We’ve put a lot of effort in tutorials that receive great praise. In the meantime, i wrote these instructions for ya! Have fun :)

PC

1. load ARC
2. create a project
3. connect to internet (if you connected to robot)
4. click SAVE EZCLOUD from file menu. Enter the project configuration and save to the cloud

Mobile device 

1. load ARC mobile
2. connect to internet via WiFi
3. enter your synthiam.com account credentials if you haven’t
4. press My EZ-Cloud Apps button
5. locate your app and press install
6. connect to your robot WiFi
7. press the connect button in the app

You will find it’s very easy and there’s a ton of tutorials. Now moving forward, your installer app is in the mobile app’s Installed Robot Apps section. If you ever update the app, simply re-save to the cloud AND update it on the mobile device.
