I Am Unable To Tightly Close The Part Of JD

I am unable to tightly close the part of JD that is the chest and shoulder section and thus the EZB does not connect consistently.

Is there a diagram on how the insides should sit so I can connect this tightly?

This seems to be a question about a product and not the software. So better suited for the manufacture, which is ezrobot. I found this tutorial for battery replacement which shows how to perform the opening and closing of the robot body. Here is the link: https://synthiam.com/Tutorials/Lesson/85?courseId=1
