Anyone Having Issues With Subscription?

This problem started yesterday so I thought it was just a fluke but happening again today. I have the latest build connected over wifi to the EZB, every once in a while when I go to add a plugin a get a "you can only load one plug in you need subscription plan" Yesterday I actually had to login to the subscription server and pick the computer I already had issued a token before I got it back. This is a pain because I have to disconnect from the EZB connect to the internet and then back to the EZB to continue working. Never had this issue before. Can anyone else reproduce this?

The local subscription cache needs to be updated every 14 days. If a computer is offline and not connected to the internet for 14 days, it'll need to be refreshed. When a computer is connected to the internet and ARC is running, the subscription cache will refresh itself automatically every hour. To ensure there isn't a bunch of timeouts and unwanted network data, ARC checks no more than hourly.

You can force a subscription cache update by pressing the button. Good idea to do this after an update or when connected to the internet. There are other things that will be useful for ARC to auto-update, such as the list of robot skills and such. It will only be able to do that if there's an internet connection.

This computer was connected to the internet today and yesterday. Is the cashe not updated automatically when connected to the internet? Or do I have to use that button everytime I’m connected to the internet. I just never had this issue before and now happened two days in a row.

If I turn off (uncheck)Enable auto subscription refresh in the preferences how long do I have until I get the subscription nag? 14 days?

Oh, i should add that any changes to the computer will disconnect the subscription. The computer name, physical motherboard specific stuff like the cpu.

I took a look and noticed something - there might be a rare chance that a subscription is canceled if the internet is disconnected at the same moment during the timeout of the connection attempt. It's a weird situation and probably incredibly rare but you may have hit it. I fixed it for the next release.

Yeah didn't change the computer name. First thing I thought of..like some windows update added a character or something to the name..still the same. Lets hope this will help me from pulling my hair out...bad timing today when it happened.

LOL - I'm sure the next update will resolve that. It may have been just a really rare incident that caused it.

Yes Will, This has happened to me a couple of times. I really haven't been opening ARC much lately. Been building the robot instead. I haven't really looked deeply into this or asked for help. It seemed to clear up on it's own. Looks like DJ is on top of it though. Thanks for bringing it up. I thought it was just me.
